No, it’s all included! There are no hidden charges. All overhead expenses are included in your rent payment, including utilities & WiFi. Each salon suite also has access to free laundry facilities, toilets & a communal kitchen area.

Yes – that’s right! When you become a Phenix Salon Suites UK owner, you have complete creative freedom to decorate your suite however you want*. 

Our salon suites start from £175 per week. Pricing varies depending on your requirements. Please contact us for a bespoke quote.
