That’s why we launched the Suite Swap series, a unique initiative that gives our independent professionals the opportunity to connect with and learn from their international peers.
Each Suite Swap brings together creatives from different cities and countries, offering them the chance to step into a new Phenix location, experience a different market, and share their skills, ideas, and inspiration. Whether it’s a barber from New York visiting Manchester or a UK stylist heading to LA, these swaps are about more than just location they’re about growing together.

In our very first Suite Swap, J&D Barber Studio from Phenix Manchester teamed up with Studio Chec from the Bronx, New York. This exciting exchange saw both barbershop teams swapping suites, sharing skills, and making global connections that embody the spirit of independent professionals supporting one another.
